I truly believe that all fitness should be fun, and dance based fitness is just that.

When people leave my classes saying it has flown by and that its the only class they have ever done where they cant wait for the next one, I know I have achieved my goal.

Dance has so many health benefits, physically & mentally and you are more likely to stick with an exercise routine if its fun and you enjoy it.

We work hard but have such a good time doing it. If you like to dance you will love my classes.

About Me

I started dancing age 5 at spotlight theatre dance school in Sheffield and it quickly became all I wanted to do. I went on to study dance & performing arts at college and then a BA Hons Dance degree specialising in contemporary & ballet. I have taught ballet, tap, modern, jazz & contemporary to children & adults and performed in both amateur & professional productions around the country. I have now moved into the fitness industry to help people achieve their fitness goals through dance based fitness classes. The most fun way to keep fit, get strong and improve your flexibility, posture & alignement. Oh and learn some moves for the dance floor too!!
