Class Programme

Adult Tap

Adult tap is a broadway style tap class to modern music, think 42nd street, chicago, Fred Astaire & Ginger Rodgers. We have a beginners class & an intermediate class. Wether you've always wanted to try, haven't tapped for years or want to continue your training there's a class for you. Lots of fun and a great workout for your legs, bottom & core.

Fitsteps Original, FAB & Extreme

@FitSteps is a high energy dance fitness class using latin & ballroom dances.

@FitSteps Fab is a lower impact class again using latin & ballroom dances.

@FitSteps Extreme uses the steps from FitSteps routines in a targeted way to really work those problem areas like legs, bums & tums.

Brilliant fun classes, get fit strictly style. No dance experience or partners required. It was created by Natalie Lowe & Ian Waite, former strictly pro's.

Barre Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is a strength & conditioning class using Ballet & Pilates exercises at a barre & on the floor. Each exercise targets a specific set of muscles for a full body work out. Brilliant for core strength, posture, flexibility, alignment and strength training.  No dance experience necessary.

I truly believe that all fitness should be fun,  and dance based fitness is just that.

When people leave my classes saying it has flown by and that its the only class they have ever done where they cant wait for the next one, I know I have acheived my goal.

Dance has so many health benefits, physically & mentally and you are more likely to stick with an exercise routine if its fun and you enjoy it.

We work hard but have such a good time doing it. If you like to  dance you will love my classes.
